For small web shops with straightforward payment options we can set you up with Simple Caddy, a brilliantly simple shopping cart that fits straight into your web site.  It is designed to be used for sites selling upto 100 items or so and is easy to set up using PayPal as your primary method of collecting payment.  For more complex online shops with thousands of items we recommend oS-Commerce which has huge customisation options and can deal with almost anything you would want from an online shop.
